This section contains both signed and unsigned caricature watercolours and drawings. Some are copies of prints some are the original drawing or watercolour that are subsequently used for the production of the print. If the title is not know then a sugested title is placed in brackets as are the dates.

Image size 6 x 6¾, on thick laid manila coloured paper with very slight surface staining.
A fine quality watercolour copy of a print issued by I. Cruikshank in 1794. A lady, who is seated, is talking to her servant. The servant is saying “The Captain says as how he is engaged Miss”. Her mistress replies, “Was it for this he lent me the play-perfidious false Lothario”.

Image size 4¾ x 6¾, on thick laid manila coloured paper with very slight surface staining.
A fine quality watercolour copy of a print issued by I. Cruikshank in 1794. A tradesman and a gentleman are talking. The tradesman says, “I have taken the liberty of calling again Sir with this trifling bill for your Master”. The gentleman replies, “Master is not at home!”

Fine quality watercolour copy of a print issued by I. Cruikshank in 1794. A servant is talking to his seated master. The servant is saying, “The cook bud me ax your Honor when you’d like a bit of fomeat to eat!!”. The man replies, “Ah Ralph I’m afraid we shall all be starved since I am turned Gentleman, they tell me I must not think of dining before five O’Clock”.

Fine quality watercolour copy of a print issued by I. Cruikshank. Two lovers are talking. The young man is saying, “What then, you’ve got no Money, after all!” The lady replies, “No my dear I did it all for Love”.

G. Cruikshank 1793.
WELSH POLITNESS.
Image size 9 x 6¾. On wove paper and signed on image.
Beneath the image is scripted, an altercation between the two gentlemen, an Englishman shooting on the Welshman’s land. It starts with the Welshman saying, “What Right & order & Liberty have you got to shoot & kill & Destroy my hares and my Rabbits and my Birds & my Beasts.” It ends with the Englishman saying, “That you have got two Little MANNER.”
